Signing up for calcworkshop was the best decision I ever made as a student. In the week since I started watching videos, I’ve made huge advances in class. Everything just makes sense now. I’d recommend this to anyone struggling with calculus.

A wonderful resource if you are taking an advanced calculus class without much direction from the professors. Every topic is explained in depth with a detailed description of the fundamentals, as well as example problems. All of the lessons reinforce the previous one and it is VERY easy to follow along. And the end of the course I found that I understood the reason for the equations, instead of just memorizing the formulas and arriving at an answer. She has a gift for teaching and can explain highly complicated topics very simply. Highly recommended!

CalcWorkshop and Jenn are amazing. I am a engineering student and have been using her videos through my calculus sequence. I was really struggling in class trying to understand the concepts behind what I was being told to do. I have tried other online sites and even private one on one tutoring, but by far, Jenn’s videos have helped me the most. She really breaks down the problems in a way that is easy to understand, and at least for me, gives me that important “why” we want do something in addition to “how”. CalcWorkshop has really helped my grades and her price is a steal compared to private tutoring costs. Thank you Jenn.

This is a great product. I’m using it to prepare for graduate school and to complete the distance learning calculus and linear algebra courses I have been required to take. I found the calculus 2 practice exams extremely helpful. Each question is reviewed in depth with a video lesson. Another great thing about the program is that you can quickly go back to any subject (algebra, trig, calculus I ex..) Worth every penny, I just wish I found it sooner.

I really wish I found out about this sooner. I take online only math courses and sometimes it’s hard to grasp concepts when the only voice you have is your own. Jenn does a fantastic job of breaking down concepts into their simplest form. I’ve learned more about calculus in the last few weeks than I have from all my prior courses combined. I think this is best for people who are having trouble grasping fundamental calculus concepts. She is full of neat tricks and easy ways to remember formulas and processes. Great pre-calc stuff too! I have calc 2 and calc 3 still to go for my degree and I feel a lot more confident in my ability to tackle those courses with these videos. Thank you!!! You’ve been a life saver!

I’m currently in love with this program! I am able to review courses/topics prior to Calc 2 which has helped me tremendously on assignment problems. Sometimes all we need is a good refresher and Jenn is very thorough in her lectures. I’ve been through many hours searching through YouTube videos prior to this program and I have not been able to fully grasp the concepts. Everything I need is on one website and I can easily search topics I need to brush up on. It’s been seven years prior to this year since I’ve last touched Calculus and this has been a life saver. My only wish is that I invested in this sooner!

This course made Calc so easy. I was starting to feel lost as my teacher did not provide any cohesive lectures or direction to learn the material. But this course explained everything in a way I could understand and retain. I highly recommend it and will likely use this for Calc II & III.

10/10 recommend. I have never grasped calculus concepts and ran the risk of failing my calc 2 course. I signed up for calcworkshop desperate for any extra supplemental help and it really was one of the best decisions of my academic career. The videos are clear and really explain every part of a general equation/formula to make the knowledge you learn versatile. I finished the course with the grade I wanted and truly understood calc 2 concepts. With the recent switch to online classes I highly recommend this to everyone. It could potentially save your grade and make or break your experience this tough semester! Jenn is very responsive and answers questions you may have. THIS IS WORTH EVERY PENNY!

Calcworkshop is really an excellent resource. Complex topics are explained in simple language anyone can understand. She always seems so excited and can’t wait to explain the next topic. Last semester in college I would have been in trouble without the linear algebra lectures on this website. I will certainly be using this website for MultiVar next semester. I learned so much from her as a high school student and this website has been really helpful now that I’m in college. Thanks Jenn!

Calcworkshop has helped me understand my Business Calculus class much better than my textbook. Jenn’s instructional videos are easy to understand and I can relate to how she explains the examples. I am very pleased with the videos. Jenn also took the time to find out what I needed help on and told me what sections would pertain to what I needed to review…that impressed me!

Literally a grade and life saver! The teacher goes above and beyond to engrain the information in your mind! The absolute best! I wish all teachers were like her!

If you are here or even debating where to get math help, you need #Calcworkshop! After deciding to finish my engineering degrees 21 years after my last college math course, I was anxious to see the least. Calcworkshop is exactly what I needed! It not only helps me with my curent Calculus I work, but the courses allow me to review previous math instruction as well as courses that I had never taken. Jenn speaks in a language you can understand, starts off with easy examples while gradually building in the level of difficulty; at the same time her teachings builds my confidence and abilities as well! Jenn’s courses have replaced my current professor’s course lectures. I cannot say enough great things, my only regret is that I did not find Jenn and Calcworkshop sooner!

I have tried to look all over youtube for a good tutorial for Calculus 3 and was unable to find something consistent and reliable. I would spend precious study time searching through a small video here and there just to glean something useful. A friend referred me to Jenn and I am so glad I made the investment. She has already helped me understand concepts that were not explained well to me. We have to learn through a TA and reading. I have only seen the teacher in person once while taking a test. We see the teacher in small youtube clips here and there and I feel very much like I am just another number. Jenn really helps fill in the void and brings it all together!

I was working through Khan Academy at the age of 29 and got lost. Enter Jenn!-and now I’m not going back! She is the most thorough and engaging teacher I’ve ever had the pleasure to be tutored by and even helped me correct quite a few bad math habits I was developing I didn’t know were bad. If you are just looking to cram for a test, there’s plenty of sites you can google, but if you’re looking to rewire your brain to understand and actually maybe like math, Jenn is the woman. If she can teach my brain to like math, she can teach anyone to understand and then some.

I can’t get over how amazing Calcworkshop is. I would recommend it to everyone, Jen is able to make math accessible and easy to understand. She breaks down the topics, reviews precursors, and explains ways to remember what you are suppose to be doing. The subscription is worth every penny.

I recently signed up for a CalcWorkshop. The videos seem to be much easier to understand than my calculus professor. What I like about this workshop is that Jenn is teaching an easy way to solve a problem. If there are three ways to find a solution, why not use a simplest of three? Jenn does just that. My Calc professor, on the other hand, disagrees. I think the end result is to be able to find a solution to a problem regardless what method one uses. Thank you, Jenn, for a good explanation of complex subject like Calculus.

I like the section on graphing functions. My Trig teacher showed us short cuts and they are super confusing. Jen showed a step by step solution to graphing the functions. She is consistent and clear. My grade has improved significantly since I subscribed to Calcworkshop. I was even second guessing taking an Online Calculus class in the Summer. But now that I have Calcworkshop I am going for it. A’s all day.
