1. The request for a refund must be made within thirty (30) days of the initial purchase. Any requests made after this period will not be honored.
2. No more than one (1) refund per customer for the lifetime of the customer. If you have previously been granted a refund, you are not eligible for another refund in the future.
3. You are not using and have not used our Services in violation of these Terms of Service.
4. Refund requests will not be accepted unless they are submitted via email to support@calcworkshop.com.
